1. The air path in this laboratory adopts a hot air circulation method, and the excellent design of the air path ensures a good airflow circulation in the studio. The air outlet of the blower device is equipped with a grille, which can divide the hot air into several streams and evenly send them into the working room. The user blade can adjust the grille according to the actual situation to control the position of the hot air spray.
2. This laboratory adopts a warehouse board assembly structure. The connection method of the storage board adopts internal connectors, which have the characteristics of no surface connection traces and high connection strength. There are four independent doors in front of the box, each equipped with locking devices that do not affect each other and can be opened independently. There is an observation window on the entrance, which, in conjunction with four lighting fixtures in the studio, allows for observation of the laboratory samples.
According to the principle of natural rise of hot air, the exhaust port is set at the top of the box to ensure that the gas generated during the experiment is naturally discharged into the working chamber without affecting the progress of the experiment.
4. The back of the box is equipped with an air inlet that leads directly into the heating chamber, located below the heater. Under the influence of the rising airflow formed by the impeller, fresh air from the outside can smoothly enter the heating chamber. Before entering the working chamber, the fresh air must first pass through the heater and then be sent into the working chamber by the fan blades. This can reduce the impact of external "cold air" on the temperature uniformity inside the working chamber.
